and COZY Old Tahoe Style home is waiting for you. This three bedroom,
three bath single family home with the peak of the Lake Tahoe is the perfect
alpine retreat for skiers and golfers alike. Set on a flat access driveway
with a parking place for at least five cars, this house is in quiet private
setting yet within easy walking distance to sandy beaches and nearby amenities
of Tahoe Vista and Kings Beach.

| * You walk into a large family room for the adults
or kids. Cable Television with VCR and DVD player, as well as a stereo are
provided for your entertainment. Our River Rock Hearth with Woodstove is
a great place to get together after a day of skiing, or get cozy during
the cold summer nights. |

| * The open living room flows into the dining area where up
to ten can be seated comfortably at the dining room table. The adjoining
kitchen is equipped with microwave and dishwasher, and is fully stocked
with dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, pans, and cooking utensils. |

| Sunroom right next to the living room has a set of bunk beds
and will be a great place for those wishing to wake up to the sun. |

| * From the sunroom, step out onto the brick patio, walkway,
and huge backyard with a golf cage. Enjoy a barbecue meal cooked outdoors
on the gas grill and sit at a patio for summer picnics or enjoy a NEW 64
jets Hot Tub |

| * Downstairs bedroom has a queen size bed. The bedroom has
its private bathroom and shower. |

| * Upstairs - Large Master Suite with a KING-SIZE bed, private
full bath with an oversized bathtub, large closet, TV, and nightstands with
individual reading lights (for those people who didn’t wear themselves
out playing!). |

| * Sitting room – adjacent to the Master Bedroom has desk
with fax machine and computer line for working. There is also a pull out
couch and a crib. |

| * Accommodations in the third bedroom include a set of bunk
beds and a Queen size bed, and will be a perfect place for your kids to
play in. The room has a TV/ X-Box unit with front jacks to connect your
kids' electronic game units. Full bath is right outside the door. |

or shared by several families. All three bedrooms have their own private,
full bath and walk-in closet. This is a fabulous home for a very reasonable
